Job Type: Full-time

As a state licensed real estate agent, the Sales Consultant works under limited supervision to solicit opportunities to build a book of business and sell single or multiple family residential units, in addition to second homes, investment and commerical properties. The Sales Consultant is responsible for carrying out responsibilities related to the successful sale of properties. From sourcing perspective buyers & sellers through to the close of escrow, the Sales Consultant will work diligently to ensure a smooth transaction process. The Sales Consultant would be asked to join National and local Realtor Association and abide by the Code of Ethics and possess a skill set including, but not limited to; Rapid responsiveness, honesty and integrity, knowledge of the market and purchase process, effective communication and negotiation skills, with a commitment to on-going education and earning National Association of Realtors certifications and designations

Requirements

Experience

1-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driver’s License

With valid auto insurance policy and reliable vehicle required

Real Estate License

Must have a valid one 

Database management

Experience with database management software preferred

Read/Analyze/Interpret

Able to read, analyze, and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, policies, procedures, and have a understanding of legal documents. Enter listings in MLS data base, post status and print copy of closed transaction in client file.

Write

Able to write routine reports and contracts, be responsive with all forms of correspondence commuications and have a social media presence that is approved by the firm and is respectful of all copyright or fairhousing violation rules and regulations as recommended by our Realtor organization.

Speak

Able to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one, small and large group situations of customers, clients and company paid educators or evaluation tools.

Microsoft Outlook or Google

Open and reply to e-mails, open folders, set and reply to calendar appointments, establish database and create a plan to engage with clients & sphere or influence.

Intermediate Computer Skills

Basic skills plus convert text to table, change page orientation, align table, insert page break, add page numbering, create bulleted list, sort list, create merge form letter, insert merge field, run merge, print envelope, create marketing pieces on Canva.
